Welcome to March! I can feel spring in the air and it is bringing with it the excitement of launching new projects. It has has been a long haul through a difficult year of illness, burnout and drawing inward for me but I as I turn the corner into this lunar new year, year of the Wood Dragon, my creativity is coming alive! FREE LIVE WORKSHOP
THE JOURNEY INWARD March 10th, 2024, 4-6pm PST
This online live two hour workshop weaves Internal Family Systems (IFS) with shamanism and is a great way to begin navigating your own internal landscape. As a long time IFS and shamanic practitioner, I have seen the impact of journeying inward in both my own and other lives. Whether you are new to the practice of going inward or an old pro, this workshop will deepen your relationship with yourself. The workshop includes live onlin teaching, a short workbook and guided meditations to get you started on your way. And did I mention its FREE? Wise Innate Circle
Are you looking for a community to support your process of soul expansion and share in your awakening journey? I believe that relationship is the great activator – of growth, of expansion, and of healing. As we go through the process of spiritual awakening and rebirth, we begin to see our Self in a new light — our voice, our wisdom and our divine spark begin to emerge in ways we never imagined possible. And at the same time, the process can be very difficult and isolating! If you are looking for a space to nurture your newly reborn self and fan the flames of your innate wise one then this group is for you.
Let’s come together and support each other in the process of spiritual awakening through ritual, connection, and shared experience. This group is intended to be an organic space built on the foundations of synarchy, reciprocity and co-creation — lets dig in and start learning how to practice these long lost ways of being in community.
DETAILS:
Tuesdays/April 16th - June 4th from 5:30-7:30 pm
Cost: sliding scale of $200-360 for 8 weeks ($25-45 per week) which will cover the cost of the space as well as my time organizing, facilitating and holding ceremony.
